Competition is very tough in the Labour Market these days and could hit us badly when we are competing with degree holders for the same positions. It's a fact that a degree holder has a preference over a diploma holder. Apart from the above suggestion, not all of us will be employed by the private sector, a BCom degree could give students extra option of transferring to a Bachelor of Education/Postgraduate Certificate in Education which could be completed within one year for students already in possession of a BCom degree . We respect the decision of the college Academic Board to offer Advanced Diploma, BCom is just my suggestion who could benefit both the students and college. A BCom degree could attract interest from a large number of students country wide / globally.
I agree because i would also like to have a BCom degree, these days a diploma is seen as a level of Matric. its tough out there.

I am also keen to study my BCom Degree and because I really enjoy studying with BMT College this is the perfect place to complete my studies.
