As of 2 December 2015 the following will apply when a student requests a reprint of an academic document or additional progress reports not included in the study fees:
Students will only be provided with an official progress report/ academic transcript at the end of each academic year. This initial progress report or academic transcript is included in the student's study fees.
Students requesting an official progress report after each module will be charged for the progress report, unless the student has completed an entity report proofing that the student's employer is paying for the student's studies.
Students can print out their preliminary statement of results from the Virtual Campus for free and preliminary statement of results can also be emailed to students at no additional cost. Should a student request that the preliminary statement of results be printed, stamped and posted, a nominal fee will be charged; refer to fee schedule for current costs.
