Project management is seen by many as a very technical process, but in reality every time that you need to produce a specific result (outcome), within a certain time frame and resources available, you are managing a project. Maybe without knowing it you are involved almost daily in project management. Perhaps you are a mom that has to run your household and take care of the kids, a father planning a family trip, or a student that has to manage work and studies. If you are involved in any type of activity that requires you to manage resources, time and money to achieve a specific goal (outcome or scope) then you are managing a project.
