Dear Students,

Re: Certification Processes

Since we are an accredited training provider, our certification process is in conjunction with applicable Education and Training Quality Assurance (ETQA) bodies.

Once a student has completed a programme, all assignments, supporting documents and results for the student are compiled in a portfolio of evidence (POE) which we then submit to the applicable ETQA for moderation and external verification.

In order to streamline the certification process, portfolios are submitted to the relevant ETQAs only on specific dates; usually in May and again in October. Therefore students are required to submit final assignments on specific dates. We urge all students to familiarise themselves with specific due dates for each year.

Only once the applicable ETQA has upheld the results of a student can we issue the qualification. NQF 4 and NQF 5 qualifications are usually posted to students once we receive it from the applicable ETQA and NQF 6 qualifications are issued to students at an official graduation ceremony.

Kind regards,
